Our local trio of Henry George, Lachie McNee and Archie Eather competed in the QLD Open Boulder titles on the weekend.
All three are youth competed in the Open A mens (top level) category so it was all about experience and learning leading into the Youth National in a few weeks time. This category is brutally difficult and uncompromising so results were simply secondary to learning and personal growth.
Lachie and Henry finished in the middle of the pack and Archie made the semi finals finishing 13th overall. All boys learnt plenty.
